Seven nights at this beautiful resort was a truly wonderful experience. We booked a Landmark room, overlooking the beautiful grounds. Big room with every comfort you expect from a resort, great comfortable bed (I'm fussy!) and beautifully furnished with a lounge suite. Great bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Amazing buffet breakfast). Great location a short US$3 tuk-tuk ride from Pub Street. Equally outstanding about this resort is the staff. They are the friendliest, most professional, genuine, caring (I'm running out of adjectives!) people who really go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable (special mention to Kanika (thanks tor the surprise birthday cake for Ian!), David and Nora). You will not regret choosing this Resort for your stay!

What an absolute gem! We stayed at the Lotus Blanc for 2 weeks and were spoiled by the wonderful staff, absolutely all of them always so friendly, smiling and offering assistance. Kanika was our personal host during our stay and was incredibly helpful and generous with her time, booking trips and restaurants for us and making sure we were having a good time. Our room was excellent, spacious with a good bed and a very good air con. Breakfast was good and the pool is very big and clean, the spa is also good with excellent staff, we enjoyed our stay very much and didn't want to leave. Siem Reap as a city has alot to offer and we recommend a longer stay.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. Everything was excellent! This was our birthday trip (mine on May 24 and my husband’s on May 23, 2025). The hotel provided free decorations and cake for both days and welcomed us warmly. They also shared their WhatsApp number so we could easily contact them if needed. The room was spacious, classic, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily without disturbing our belongings and replenished toiletries and bottled water without us having to ask. On May 23, we went for the Angkor sunrise tour. The hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast for us, ensuring we didn’t miss it. The staff were incredibly friendly — it was a pleasure to see them each day. Overall, this was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back!

I had an excellent stay at Lotus Blanc Resort. Beautiful resort and facilities. The staff were very kind, warm and helpful, especially the lady who checked me in. I forget her name though unfortunately. She recommended a very nice restaurant which had excellent food. I went there several times. The swimming pool area is beautiful. It's a nice retreat after a long busy day exploring temples. Easy to rent a scooter through the resort. They drop off and pick-up at resort. I would highly recommend their resort for anyone visiting Siem Reap. I would surely stay here again if i get the chance.

This property is beautiful and rooms are spacious with seating area and balcony. The staff were all wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and a freshly cooked egg station. Hot tea and coffee served promptly and topped up as often as liked. The hotel tuk tuks took you to and from Pub Street for USD3 each way ( too far to walk). A shout out to Bunthon at reception who arranged our Angkor Wat tour and spa bookings. Great service!

I have returned to this hotel after 12 years and it is still so nice. Excellent staff, very nice pool and a garden. Peaceful retreat in Siem Reap. Breakfast is very nice. We had a drink by the pool, that was nice too. I did not enjoy the food for dinner that much, but it might be because of my poor food selection (like my summer rolls were mediocre, but the pomelo prawn salat my wife had was really good). In case I shall ever return I would stay at the sane hotel again for sure.

As you enter the lobby, you merge into the tropical vacation mood. I've spent 18 days there and I can say, without exception, that the staff was lovely! Whatever request I had they helped in a matter of minutes and also the room was perfectly cleaned every day. Huge variety for breakfast, specially for the fresh fruits, nicely cut and served. Lunch amd dinner are also a great option at the hotel. I liked that I have enjoyed the sun and the pool, out of the buzz of the city, but yet very easy to get to the city center by tuk tuk and explore Siem Reap or visit the temples of Angkor. I will definitely come back!

Overall an amazing Hotel, with beautiful staff, that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star experience in Siem Reap. Special mention to Saniya & Kanika at reception. From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed and treated with the upmost kindness. All throughout our 2 night stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were very fortunate to get a complimentary upgrade to a double room with a pool view. The room was very large with a seating Area. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The pool and surrounding area is clean and well maintained, with a pool bar that serves drinks and light meals. Breakfast, whilst not a lot of variety had all the western staples and was all very nice. Again the service was exceptional. This resort is a little outside the main strip but there are Tuk Tuks out side at all times. We hired a tour guide - Sovan through the hotel to visit the Angkor Wat temples and cannot thank him enough, his knowledge and kindness was awesome and really made our visit.

The breakfast was extremely extensive and delicious. Eggs, crepes, waffles etc. were freshly prepared on request. The food in the restaurant was also very good. However, the prices were on a European level. I had a very large room furnished in the country style with a corresponding bathroom and balcony, just as Booking.com had pictured. I would particularly like to emphasize that Kanika, a young receptionist, answered all my questions at any time and in a very friendly manner. She also took care of booking my excursions, even when she had a day off. Thank you, Kanika. I really appreciated this.

The Hotel was fantastic, the pool was lovely, clean towels put out every day for guest's comfort and the pool side bar was great, Very helpful staff and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was a buffet with chefs cooking pancakes, crepes, waffles, scrambled, fried and poached, as well as eggs benedict to order. The rooom was large and beautifully decorated. Towels and bed linen were of good quality. Bathroom was stocked well with toiletries.
